Who we are, how we work, and exactly what happens to your information and your money. No vague reassurances — specifics.
CrossCare India is a registered medical tourism facilitator headquartered in New Delhi, India. We are not a hospital, and we do not employ the doctors who treat you — we are the team that gets you safely to the right one and stays with you the entire way.
This is a look at who leads our team, not our full staff list. Every advisor who works on your case is named to you directly — never a rotating call-centre handle.
We are not owned by, and do not exclusively represent, any single hospital. Every hospital in our network is selected and regularly rechecked against public accreditation registries (JCI/NABH) and outcome data, and removed if it ever falls short.
Every figure we publish is checkable and reviewed on a regular cycle — here's exactly how each one is put together.
For each procedure, we compare our network hospitals' current published package price against the average published private-pay list price for the same procedure at accredited hospitals in the United States and United Kingdom. This comparison is refreshed quarterly by our internal pricing team using the latest package prices on file with each network hospital. The 60–80% range reflects the typical spread we see across our top-requested procedures — it is a range, not a guarantee: actual savings vary by procedure, hospital, and individual case complexity, and your written quote after case review is always the number that matters.
Every hospital listed on our Hospitals page is one we can facilitate international patient access to, and each one's JCI and/or NABH accreditation status is checkable on the public accreditation registries — we link directly to them from each hospital's profile so you never have to take our word for it. We recheck this list quarterly and remove any hospital whose accreditation status changes.
Starting costs shown on our Treatments and Cost Estimator pages reflect the typical package price quoted by our network hospitals for an uncomplicated case, refreshed each quarter as hospitals update their pricing with us. These are starting estimates, not final bills — your written, itemised quote after case review is the binding figure, confirmed before you commit to anything or pay anyone.
Profiles on our Doctors page represent the caliber and type of specialists accessible through our network, based on aggregate experience and specialization data. They are illustrative, not a confirmed hospital roster or booking â your specific treating doctor and hospital are confirmed, with full verifiable credentials, only after your case is reviewed and matched.
Have a question about a specific number on this site? Ask your advisor or contact our team directly — we're glad to walk through exactly where any figure comes from.
Your reports and personal information are encrypted in transit and at rest, reviewed only by licensed medical professionals bound by confidentiality agreements, and never sold, rented, or shared with marketing third parties. We are compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and applicable international data protection frameworks such as GDPR for patients from the EU/UK.
CrossCare India is a platform that connects hospitals with international patients. We help facilitate the transaction where required, but you always pay the hospital directly — by card, bank transfer, or the hospital's own payment portal, on admission — never to CrossCare. Hospitals pay us a small, fixed platform fee for that facilitation, which is why our advisory service is free to you.
For many of our patients, the hardest part of paying isn't the amount — it's moving money internationally at all, especially from countries with foreign exchange restrictions or capital controls. We plan for this from the start: your advisor confirms the hospital's accepted payment methods and transfer details (including SWIFT information) in writing before you travel, and coordinates directly with the hospital's international patient desk if a specific transfer route needs to be arranged. The goal is simple — a currency or bank delay should never turn into a visa or travel delay.
If you're ever asked to send treatment money to a personal account or to CrossCare directly, that is not us — contact us immediately.
